As we announced previously, Gambling Federation is about to unveil a new Bonus Structure! On Wednesday October 8, 2003 at 9:00 pm GMT, our new Bonus and Wager system will come into effect. It's a system that will more accurately reward players for the way they play and earn them real money quicker! This week, we'll explain how the new G-FED Points system works and how it can benefit you as a loyal player.
All players will be receiving G-FED Points for wagering/playing. The G-FED Points system is a loyalty program. You are able to convert G-FED Points into real money, which can be used to play with. The following illustrates how you can earn & convert points:

• Slots and video poker: for every $10 you wager = 1 point earned
• Table and other games: for every $20 you wager = 1 point earned
• Convert 100 points = $1 in real money

Within the casino software, you have the ability to press a button and automatically convert earned points to real money. You can see your total of earned G-FED Points at any time, and convert them at any time, in multiples of 100. If you're a loyal player, you'll start to see points piling up in your account quickly! The more you play, the more you earn!

Bonus Becomes Real!
This weekend is a fantastic opportunity for you to turn some of your remaining bonus money into real money. All you need to do is make a deposit.

• Deposit $50 to $99: we'll transfer 10% of the value of the deposit, from your bonus balance to your real balance
• Deposit $100 to $199: we'll transfer 12% of the value of the deposit, from your bonus balance to your real balance
• Deposit $200 or more: we'll transfer 15% of the value of the deposit, from your bonus balance to your real balance

For example, deposit $80 and we'll transfer $8 from your bonus balance to your real balance; deposit $150 and we'll transfer $18 from your bonus balance to your real balance; deposit $200 and weĆ¢\200\231ll transfer $30 from your bonus balance to your real balance.
Here are the rules:
1. Promotion period is from Friday October 3, 2003 at 10:00 pm GMT until Tuesday October 7, 2003 at 4:00 am GMT
2. The bonus transfer is valid only on your first deposit during the promotion period
3. The maximum bonus that can be transferred is $30
4. You must wager 2 times your deposit before making a withdrawal
5. If you have less money in your bonus balance than the amount you would receive from the promotion, we will transfer only the balance in your bonus account [for instance, if you would receive a $25 bonus from this promotion and you have only $20 in your bonus balance, we will transfer $20 to your real balance]

Reversing Cash Outs
Every day we receive e-mails asking how to reverse a Cash Out. If you make a Cash Out that you would like to reverse and put back into your Casino account, e-mail our Customer Support staff as soon as you can. The sooner we receive notification, the better your chances are that the Cash Out has not been processed. To contact Customer Support about your Cash Out reversal, open the Casino software and within the menu bar select "Help", then "Contact Us" and fill out the E-Mail form. Cash Out reversals are processed very quickly and our Customer Support staff will notify you.

General Promotion Limitations
No promotions may be combined; players will receive the greater bonus amount of any promotions that run concurrently. The following limitations apply for all promotions unless otherwise specified:
